HEAT 1 cup of milk in the microwave until hot. Remove from microwave and stir briskly with wire whisk until foamy.
SPOON 5 rounded tsp. Maxwell House Café, Caramilk Instant Coffee Beverage Mix into a mug. Add 1/2 of the milk and stir until beverage mix is dissolved. Add remaining foamed milk. Sprinkle with grated Baker's Semi Sweet Chocolate, if desired.
