Caribbean Nut-Crusted Fish

What You Need

1/4 cup finely chopped Back to Nature Sea Salt Roasted Almonds
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fig Balsamic Dressing
Zest and juice from 1 lime, divided
4 tilapia fillets (1 lb./450 g)
2 cups broccoli florets
2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

COMBINE first 4 ingredients; stir in zest.

PLACE fish on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with lime juice. Top with nut mixture; press lightly into fish to secure.

BAKE 10 to 12 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Meanwhile, cook broccoli as directed on package. Serve fish with broccoli and rice.

Substitute your favourite mild white fish, such as flounder, for the tilapia.
