STIR fry 1 thinly sliced pork tenderloin and 3 cups (750mL) shredded red cabbage in 1 Tbsp (15mL) KRAFT CATALINA Dressing until meat is cooked.
ADD 1 sliced red apple and 1 sliced onion; cook until softened.
STIR in remaining 1/2 cup (125mL) dressing.
SERVE over prepared rice.
