What You Need

1 head of cauliflower (2 lb./1 kg)
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Dressing
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup Kraft Tex Mex Light Shredded Cheese
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs

Make It

REMOVE outer green leaves from cauliflower. Cut off stem to make it level with base of cauliflower. Cut 1/2-inch-deep "X" in base; place, top-side up, in large microwaveable bowl. Add water; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 10 min. or until cauliflower is tender. Let stand, covered, 5 min.

MEANWHILE, whisk dressing and flour in medium microwaveable bowl until well blended. Gradually whisk in milk. Microwave 3 to 4 min. or until thickened, stirring after 2 min. Add shredded cheese; stir until melted.

HEAT broiler. Transfer cauliflower, top-side up, to shallow casserole dish; top with cheese sauce. Mix Parmesan and bread crumbs; sprinkle over cauliflower. Broil 2 to 3 min. or until topping is lightly browned.

How to Clean Cauliflower
To wash the cauliflower, soak the head in ice water, floret-sides down.
Substitute
Substitute 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard for the shredded cheese.
Special Extra
Garnish with OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits, chopped green onions or chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
