MELT 3 Tbsp butter. Add 2 cups minature marshmallows; cook and stir over low heat until melted and smooth.

STIR in 4 cups letter-shaped sweetened oat and corn cereal.

PRESS mixture into greased square pan; cool and cut into squares.
