What You Need

4-1/2 cups crushed blueberries
5 cups sugar
2 pouches (85 mL each) Certo Liquid Pectin
zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon

Make It

COMBINE berries and sugar. Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally.

ADD pectin, zest and juice; stir 3 min. until most of sugar is dissolved.

POUR into clean jars or plastic containers; cover with tight-fitting lids. Freeze up to 1 year or refrigerate up to 3 weeks.

The Total Time does not include the jam setting time.
How to Crush Blueberries
Use a potato masher to crush the strawberries, crushing them one layer at a time. Or process in a food processor until crushed, being careful to not overprocess berries into a puree.
