1/4 cup KRAFT CALORIE-WISE Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb.  (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1-1/4 cups  25%-less-sodium chicken broth
2 cups small broccoli florets
1-1/2 cups  chopped tomatoes
1 cup shredded CRACKER BARREL Cheddar Cheese Light - Made with 2% Milk
1/2 cup  sliced green onions

HEAT dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 2 min.

STIR in rice, broth and broccoli. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Let stand covered, 5 min. or until liquid is absorbed.

ADD tomatoes, cheese and onions; stir until blended.

" loved it! was a little worried about the flavours but it was incredible!! I put in half the spinach and quite a bit more chicken broth as I like things a bit more moist.Next time I will not put in as much cream cheese.It was a wonderful surprise to eat this! Will make again and again. Thank you"
