what you need

1 egg
1 Tbsp. water
1/4 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
1 slice toasted bread
Hot pepper sauce

make it

SPRAY small microwavable cup or bowl with cooking spray. Add 1 egg and 1 Tbsp. water; beat lightly with fork. Stir in 1/4 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese.

MICROWAVE on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until egg is completely cooked, stirring after 1 min.

SPOON onto toasted whole grain bread slice. Sprinkle with hot pepper sauce, if desired.

Make a quick fruit cup with a banana and berries while the egg cooks in the microwave.
Substitute
