Cheddar Macaroni Beef Casserole recipe

What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 pkg. (200 g) Kraft Dinner Whole Wheat Macaroni and Cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Light Medium Cheddar Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

BROWN meat in large nonstick skillet; drain. Stir in tomatoes and seasoning; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, prepare Kraft Dinner using the Sensible Solution directions and omitting the non-hydrogenated margarine.

ADD Kraft Dinner to meat mixture; mix well. Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with Cheddar.

BAKE 10 min. or until Cheddar is melted and casserole is heated through.

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
Substitute
Substitute dried basil leaves for the Italian seasoning.
