CUT a selection of Kraft Cheeses, such as Brick, Swiss or Marble Cheddar into different shapes (450 g total).
COMBINE 1 pkg (227 g) grated Kraft Brick Cheese, and 1 pkg (250 g) softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese with 2 Tbsp maple syrup. (Mixture will be soft.) Chill for 1 hour. Shape into rectangular block. Press toasted pecans onto outside of cheese block. Drizzel with additional maple syrup just before serving. Serve with crackers and fresh fruit (red and purple grapes, apples and pears).
HEAT 1 pkg (125 g) Kraft Brie in the oven and top with Kraft Apricot Jam and toasted almond slices.
SERVE with a selection of fresh fruits, breads and dessert crackers.
