What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) lean ground beef

10 Premium Plus Whole Wheat Crackers, crushed (about 1/3 cup)

1/2 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread, divided

2 green onions, thinly sliced, divided

1 egg

2 Tbsp. Kraft Original BBQ Sauce

1 small tomato, chopped

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MIX meat, cracker crumbs, 2 Tbsp. Cheez Whiz, 1/4 cup onions and egg until well blended. Shape into 3/4-inch-thick round loaf in foil-lined pan; brush with barbecue sauce.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until done (160ºF). Transfer to plate.

SPOON remaining Cheez Whiz into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM 30 sec. or until heated through when stirred; pour over meatloaf. Top with tomatoes and remaining onions.

Serve with hot cooked herbed mashed potatoes and corn.

How to Shape Meatloaf

For easy cleanup, place meat mixture in foil-lined pan; cover with plastic wrap. Shape meat mixture into patty as directed. Remove plastic wrap. Brush with barbecue sauce and continue as directed.
