What You Need

1 lb. (500 g) extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup Kraft BarBQ Sauce
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1/3 cup chopped Claussen Dill Pickles
8 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
4 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add barbecue sauce, tomatoes and pickles; mix well. Cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

PLACE 2 cups lettuce on each of four salad plates. Top evenly with meat mixture and cheese.

SERVE warm.

Cooking Know-How
For a fuss-free way to drain fat from a skillet, remove the browned ground beef from the pan with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Then, use another paper towel to soak up the fat from the pan. It couldn't be easier!
