What You Need

8 cups small cauliflower florets (about 1 head), cooked
2 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups skim milk
1-1/3 cups Kraft Double Cheddar Light Shredded Cheese, divided
1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken

Make It

PLACE cauliflower in 13x9-inch baking dish. Melt margarine in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Gradually whisk in milk. Bring to boil; cook and stir 2 min. or until thickened. Add 1 cup cheese; cook 2 to 3 min. or until melted, stirring constantly. Pour over cauliflower.

HEAT oven to 350ºF. Prepare stuffing as directed on package, omitting margarine. Stir in remaining cheese; spoon over cauliflower mixture.

BAKE 30 min. or until casserole is heated through and top is golden brown.

Substitute
Prepare using broccoli florets.
How to Cook Cauliflower
Pull off any outer green leaves from head of cauliflower. Break cauliflower into equal-size florets. Place florets in large microwaveable bowl. Add enough water to cover florets. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 10 min or until florets are crisp-tender; drain.
