What You Need

2 lb. (900 g) Yukon gold potatoes (about 6), peeled, cut into chunks
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1 green onion, sliced

Make It

COOK potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 to 20 min. or until tender; drain.

MASH potatoes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

SPOON into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 to 7 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Note
Do not mash the potatoes in a nonstick pan as this could damage the nonstick surface. Transfer potatoes to a large bowl, then mash potatoes as directed.
Shortcut
If you are short on time, instead of shredding the cheese, use 1/2 cup Kraft Old Cheddar Shredded Cheese.
