What You Need

4 cups frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot blend
2 cups water
1 can (10 fl oz/298 mL) 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
3/4 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread

Make It

BRING vegetables, water and broth to boil in large covered saucepan; simmer on low heat 10 min. or until vegetables are tender.

MASH vegetables to desired consistency.

STIR in Cheez Whiz; cook 1 min. or until Cheez Whiz is melted and soup is heated through, stirring frequently.

How to Puree Soup
For a smooth consistency, use blender or food processor to blend soup until smooth. Or, puree directly in the saucepan with a hand or immersion blender.
