  • Microwave cream cheese product in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 10 sec. or until softened. Add Cool Whip; whisk until well blended.
  • Spoon cream cheese mixture onto 4 dessert plates. Use back of large spoon to shape each mound into shell.
  • Sprinkle insides of shells with crumbs; fill with pie filling.


Prepare as directed, using Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese, 30% Less Fat Oreo Cookies and Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping.


Prepare using strawberry pie filling.

    Although I added more Cool Whip that indicated on the recipe, it was delicious. Tow of my grandaughters who tasted it loved it and have requested it for the next time they are here for dinner. My 11 yr old granddaughter wants to make this herself next time.
