3/4 cup butter, softened
1-1/2 cups  firmly packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups  flour
1 tsp. MAGIC Baking Powder
1 pkg.  (6 squares) BAKER'S White Chocolate, divided
1 cup salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
1 square  BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil or parchment paper, with ends extending over sides of pan. Spray with cooking spray; set aside. Beat butter and brown sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs, flour and baking powder. Chop five squares of the white chocolate; stir into batter with peanuts. Spread into prepared pan.

BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool in pan.

MICROWAVE remaining square of white chocolate in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 1 min., stirring after 30 sec. Drizzle over baked rectangle. Melt semi-sweet chocolate in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 1 min., stirring after 30 sec. Drizzle over baked rectangle. Lift from pan, using foil handles. Cut into triangles.

To coarsely chop chocolate, place the chocolate on a parchment paper-covered cutting board and chop to desired size, using a serrated knife. Lift the ends of the paper and pour the chocolate into a bowl or measuring cup to measure before use in your recipe.

" I made these for my cookie exchange, they were such a hit that the original 9 dozen I had to make ended up being 21 dozen as I made them for both my brother and my sister's cookie exchanges. I used white chocolate chips, as I never had white chocolate squares, but they turned out great. A keeper for sure!"
