What You Need

1 cup chopped cooked chicken
2 green onions, sliced
1 tsp. grated fresh gingerroot
1 tsp. grated orange zest
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Dressing
15 Belgian endive leaves
1/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

Make It

MIX chicken, onions, gingerroot, orange peel and dressing.

SPOON about 1 Tbsp. of the chicken mixture onto each endive leaf. Top with about 1 tsp. of the cranberry sauce.

SERVE immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
