HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (170ºF). Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
ADD garlic to skillet; cook and stir 1 min. Add Cooking Creme and water; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until heated through.
SPOON sauce over chicken.
