What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, cut into thin wedges
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil, undrained
1 cup water
1 pkg. (200 g) Kraft Dinner Sharp Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese

Make It

COOK and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. Add peppers and onions; cook 5 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

STIR in tomatoes, water and Macaroni. Bring to boil; cover.

SIMMER on low heat 10 min. or until Macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Add Cheese Sauce Mix; mix well.

Substitute 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables for the peppers and onions.
