This recipe has become one of my tried-and-true favourites. Sometimes I use whatever dressing I have on hand - Greek with Feta and Oregano, Zesty Italian, Roasted Garlic, etc work very well. Not to mention, the leftovers the next day are to die for - they flavours have really had a chance to develop!
