What You Need

1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1 small onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup Kraft Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

ADD Parmesan to coating mix in shaker bag; shake gently to combine. Coat chicken with Parmesan mixture, then bake as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, cook dressing and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat 4 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Stir in tomatoes; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in basil. Keep warm.
