1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1/2 cup  plus 2 Tbsp. KRAFT CALORIE-WISE Italian Dressing, divided
2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
1 tsp.  lite soy sauce

COOK chicken in 2 Tbsp. of the dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min.

ADD vegetables, remaining 1/2 cup dressing and the soy sauce. Cook and stir until vegetables are crisp-tender.

SERVE over hot cooked rice, if desired.
