What You Need

1 tsp. oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1 onion, chopped
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Greek Feta Dressing
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Kraft Feta with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Cracked Peppercorns Cheese

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and onions; cover with lid. Cook 5 to 7 min. on each side or until chicken is done (170ºF). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

ADD tomatoes, dressing and lemons to onions in skillet; cook 4 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

RETURN chicken to skillet. Spoon sauce over chicken. Cook 1 min. or until chicken is heated through; top with cheese.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with hot cooked penne and steamed spinach.
Special Extra
For garlic lovers, add 1 minced garlic clove with the tomatoes.
