2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
2 tsp. chili powderor Italian seasoning
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 500 g)

make it

MIX 2 Tbsp. Kraft Light Grated Parmesan and 2 tsp. chili powder or Italian seasoning in a pie plate. Add 4 small moistened boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb.), one at a time; turn to evenly coat all sides.

PLACE chicken on greased baking sheet.

BAKE at 350°F for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Variation
Coat chicken with cheese mixture as directed; cut into 1-inch wide strips. Place chicken strips on skewers, then place on rack of broiler pan. Broil 9 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning over after 5 minutes. Serve as an appetizer with your favourite salsa. Makes 16 appetizer servings.
