what you need

1 Tbsp. oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/4 lb.), cut into bite-sized picees
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup sliced carrots
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 can (10 fl oz/ 284 mL) chicken broth
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. each: garlic powder and ground ginger

make it

HEAT oil in large skillet on high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 to 8 min. or until cooked through, stirring constantly.

ADD peas, onion, carrots and rice; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until onion is crisp-tender.

STIR in broth, soy sauce and seasonings. Bring to boil; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.
