HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Add snow peas and peppers; cook and stir 2 min.
MIX dry jelly powder and cornstarch in small bowl. Add remaining ingredients; stir until jelly powder is dissolved. Add to skillet; cook on medium heat 3 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.
