Chocolate-Almond Coffee

What You Need

1/4 cup half-and-half

1 square Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped

2 Tbsp. sugar

1/4 tsp. almond extract

4 cups hot prepared Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast

Make It

COOK first 4 ingredients in saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until chocolate is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring frequently.

POUR coffee into mugs.

STIR in chocolate mixture.

Variation

Prepare half-and-half mixture as directed; pour into pitcher. Add prepared coffee; refrigerate until chilled. Serve as a cold beverage, beating with whisk just before serving.
