Chocolate Chunk-Banana Bread recipe

What You Need

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3 bananas)
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
4 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl; set aside. Beat eggs, bananas, oil and milk in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Add dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Stir in chocolate and nuts.

POUR into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.

BAKE 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min.; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
