What You Need

1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine
1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
3 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

MICROWAVE cranberries and orange juice in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. Mix next 4 ingredients. Beat margarine and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in cranberry mixture, chocolate and nuts.

SPREAD dough into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until lightly browned. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
