These turned out amazingly well! So quick and easy! People raved about them! A couple tips: I washed the strawberries the night before, and I don't think I should have - some ended up with some squishy spots so I couldn't use them. Also drizzled melted white chocolate over the semi-sweet to add to the look. However "drizzled" may not be the right word, as it was too thick to flow nicely. Ended up "throwing" it rather forcefully from the fork I was using. Not great technique, I'm sure but looked fabulous in the end. Lots of positive comments. Also appreciated another reader recommending to thoroughly dry the strawberries first, and have them at room temp.
