What You Need

3 cups cold milk

2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding

2-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided

1 baked 9-inch square brownie layer, cooled, cut into 1-inch squares (about 5-1/2 cups)

2 cups fresh raspberries

Make It

BEAT milk and pudding mixes with whisk 2 min. Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip.

PLACE half the brownies in 2.3- L bowl; top with layers of half each of the pudding mixture, berries and remaining Cool Whip. Repeat all layers.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour.

Note

If preparing a 13x9-inch brownie layer, cut enough of the brownie into 1-inch cubes to measure 5-1/2 cups. Reserve remaining brownie for snacking.

Creative Leftovers

Substitute 1 pkg. (360 g) marble pound cake, cubed, for the baked brownie square.

Substitute

Substitute 2 cups frozen raspberries, thawed and undrained, for the fresh berries.

Awesome and so easy to make! I used the brownie bites and cut them up into pieces, used 1 bag but might use 2 bags of them next time...I had lots of chocolate pudding left over..might use a mix of fruit next time..

I made this for Valentines and used individual plastic parfaits cups instead of a big bowl. I cut dark chocolate cupcakes cut into 1/2 inch squares, mixed mini marshmallows with pudding and layered graham cracker crumbs. Now I am waiting for the oooh & aaahs tonight!!!

I love this recipe!! i use 2 bite brownies cut into fours to save on time. i`ve also substituted strawberries for the raspberries. delicious!!

I really enjoyed this receipe. Took it to a backyard BBQ, and it was great. Wanted something not too heavy to bring, and everyone loved this. It was light and cool. Just the ticket. Will make it again for sure :-)

Very easy to make. Got a lot of compliments how how good it was. Only think I didn't like was how the frozen raspberries sunk into the top a little and ran
