MICROWAVE white chocolate and 1 Tbsp. of the milk in small microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 1-1/2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add 2 Tbsp. of the cream cheese spread; stir until melted.
REPEAT using semi-sweet chocolate, remaining 2 Tbsp. milk and remaining 2 Tbsp. cream cheese.
SPOON chocolate mixtures, side by side, evenly into two dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 15 min. before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
