1-1/2 cups  chopped tomatoes
1 cup whole or multi-grain rotini pasta, cooked, drained
1 cup  chopped cucumbers
3/4 cup KRAFT 4 CHEESE ITALIANO Shredded Cheese, divided
120 g  deli honey ham, chopped
1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
1/4 cup  KRAFT CALORIE-WISE Zesty Italian Dressing

PLACE lettuce on serving platter. Arrange remaining ingredients except dressing on lettuce.

DRIZZLE with dressing. Toss just before serving.
