What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) new red potatoes (about 12)
1 pork tenderloin (1 lb./450 g)
3 Tbsp. Kraft Brown Sugar BarBQ Sauce
2 Tbsp. orange zest
3 Tbsp. dry red wine
3 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
2 cups broccoli florets, steamed

Make It

COOK potatoes in boiling water 15 to 20 min. or until tender; drain. Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce, zest and wine. Brush onto meat, turning to evenly coat all sides. Place in shallow foil-lined pan.

HEAT oven to 425ºF. Place potatoes in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Place, 3 inches apart, on baking sheet. Place clean kitchen towel over potatoes; flatten each potato with palm of hand to form small round. Remove towel. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese.

BAKE meat and potatoes 25 to 30 min. or until meat is done (160ºF) and potatoes are crisp and golden brown. Serve with broccoli.

Variation
For variety, change the flavour of the barbecue sauce mixture. Mix 3 Tbsp. Kraft Original BBQ Sauce and 2 Tbsp. each orange zest, dry red wine and maple syrup, then use as directed.
