MIX first 3 ingredients; pour over fish in shallow dish. Turn to coat both sides of each steak. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate.
HEAT greased barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Grill fish 5 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with 2 Tbsp. dressing for the last 5 min.
COVER large plate with lettuce; top with fish and oranges. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
