Citrus-Sesame Grilled Salmon

Citrus-Sesame Grilled Salmon recipe

What You Need

2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. oil
2 salmon steaks (1 lb./450 g), 1 inch thick
1/4 cup Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing, divided
2 cups shredded Bibb lettuce
2 fresh mandarin oranges, sectioned

Make It

MIX first 3 ingredients; pour over fish in shallow dish. Turn to coat both sides of each steak. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate.

HEAT greased barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Grill fish 5 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with 2 Tbsp. dressing for the last 5 min.

COVER large plate with lettuce; top with fish and oranges. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
