What You Need

1-1/2 cups skim milk
1 cup orange juice
1 pouch Crystal Light Tangerine Grapefruit Low Calorie Drink Mix
1 cup plain low-fat plain low-fat yogurt
2 fully ripe bananas
1 cup ice cubes

Make It

BLEND all ingredients except ice in blender until drink mix is dissolved.

ADD ice; blend until thickened and smooth.

SERVE immediately.

For a single-serving smoothie, prepare using 1 pkt. (2.4 g) Crystal Light Singles Tangerine Grapefruit Low Calorie Drink Mix and half the remaining ingredients.
