What You Need

1 egg white
1/3 cup sugar
Zest of 1 each orange and lemon
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 pkg. (170 g) Back to Nature 37% Cashew Nut Mix - Cashews, Almonds and Pistachios

Make It

HEAT oven to 300°F.

BEAT egg white and sugar in medium bowl with fork until foamy. Stir in all remaining ingredients except nuts. Add nuts; toss to evenly coat.

SPREAD onto bottom of 17x11-1/2x3/4-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until dried and lightly toasted, stirring occasionally. Cool completely.

Substitute
Substitute ground allspice for the cloves.
How to Store
Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
