Clara's Cheesy Hamburger Tarts

What You Need

18 slices white or whole-wheat bread
1/2 cup butter, as needed
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 cup diced Spanish or red onion
2 tsp. ketchup
1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1/4 cup Kraft Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1 can (10 fl. oz/284 mL) condensed cream of mushroom soup

Make It

CUT crusts off each slice of bread. Butter one side of each slice then press buttered side down into muffin tins.

COMBINE all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Fill each bread slice with about 1/4 cup beef mixture.

BAKE 40 minutes at 350°F until mixture is browned on top and cooked through.

Substitute
Lean ground turkey or lean ground pork can be substituted for lean ground beef.
Special Extra
Diced green and red peppers can be added or substituted for Spanish onion.
Healthy Living
3 egg whites can replace 2 eggs and reduced-fat soup can be used.
