MIX 3 1/2 cups milk, 1 pkg (6-serving size) of cooked Jell-O Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling, and 1 cup instant white rice in medium saucepan.
COOK and stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Remove from heat.
STIR in a handful of dried cranberries and a spoonful of grated lemon rind. Cover surface of pudding with plastic wrap; cool 10 minutes. Stir. Serve warm.
