What You Need

1/4 cup Kraft Signature Classic Herb Dressing
1 beef flank steak (1 lb./450 g), cut into 4 pieces
2 cups thin frozen french fried potatoes
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Dressing
1 clove garlic, minced

Make It

HEAT oven to 450°F.

POUR herb dressing over steaks in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of each steak. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade.

COOK steaks in large skillet on high heat 2 min., then cook on medium heat 10 min. or until medium doneness, turning occasionally. Meanwhile, spread fries into single layer on baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until crisp and heated through.

MIX Miracle Whip and garlic. Serve with steaks and fries.
