ARRANGE 2 slices each bacon and turkey on top of each tortilla. Top evenly with tomatoes, lettuce and cheese. Fold tortillas in half.
COOK each quesadilla in nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 min. on each side or until crisp and golden brown on both sides. Cut into wedges.
SERVE each quesadilla with 1 Tbsp. of the dressing for dipping.
