GREASE a medium casserole dish lightly with margarine or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
MIX 2 cups instant white rice, 2 cups water, 2 cups chopped green beans, 1 chopped red pepper and 1 can (6.5 oz / 184g) flaked ham, chicken or turkey in a greased dish.
MICROWAVE on HIGH for 10 minutes. Remove with oven mitts.
SEASON to taste and top with 1/2 cup Kraft Cheddar Shreds and serve.
