CUT butter into flour, sugar and baking powder, until crumbly.
ADD cereal and the juice and zest from orange. Mix until just blended.
PAT dough onto flour surface and cut into small rounds using a cookie cutter. Bake at 425°F for 10 to 12 min. Serve with Kraft Jam, Cool Whip Topping and 1 Tbsp. Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread.
