1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1-1/2 cups  orange juice
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 cup  snow peas, sliced

BRING juice to boil in medium saucepan. Add remaining ingredients; stir. Cover.

REMOVE from heat. Let stand 5 to 7 min. or until liquid is absorbed.

FLUFF with fork before serving.
