HEAT oven to 300°F. Place cranberries in 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with granulated sugar; cover. Bake 1 hour. Add brandy; stir gently until well blended. Set aside.
MIX oats, flour, brown sugar and baking powder in large bowl until well blended. Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; press 2/3 onto bottom of 9-inch square pan. Cover with cranberry sauce and remaining oat mixture.
BAKE 30 min. or until lightly browned. Cool completely before cutting into 20 squares to serve.
