what you need

1 cup water
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine
1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1/2 cup walnut pieces, toasted

make it

BRING water, cranberries and margarine to boil in saucepan.

STIR in stuffing mix; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.

FLUFF with fork. Stir in walnuts.

Substitute
Substitute dried cherries or raisins for the dried cranberries.
Jazz It Up
To give this dish a special touch, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, sage or rosemary just before serving.
