what you need

2 bags (284g each) fresh spinach leaves, washed, dried
3/4 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread
1/4 cup skim milk
3/4 tsp. lemon juice

make it

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Empty spinach into a large colander. Pour boiling water over the spinach until wilted. Squeeze the spinach to remove excess moisture; place on cutting board and coarsely chop.

PLACE remaining ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Stir in spinach. Spoon into greased 1-quart (1L) baking dish.

BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until heated through.

Great Substitute
Prepare as directed, substituting 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen leaf spinach, thawed and well drained, for the chopped blanched fresh spinach.
Use Your Microwave
Assemble casserole as directed; cover with wax paper or paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 5 to 6 min. or until heated through, turning after 3 min.
