what you need

1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder
2 cups vanilla ice cream
6 Tbsp. thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided

make it

STIR boiling water into jelly powder in medium bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in ice cream with wire whisk until well blended.

POUR into 6 dessert bowls. Refrigerate 30 min. or until set.

TOP each serving with 1 Tbsp. whipped topping just before serving.

Substitute
Substitute 2 cups frozen yogurt or sorbet for ice cream.
Variation
You can use other flavours of Jell-O Jelly Powder, such as Berry Blue, Orange, Lemon or Lime, to create a colourful medley of cups.
