What You Need!

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 6 cups)
1/4 cup  PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 tsp. dill weed
3 Tbsp.  KRAFT 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese

Make It!

COOK cauliflower in saucepan of boiling water 10 min. or until tender; drain. Place in food processor.

ADD cream cheese spread and dill; process until smooth.

SERVE topped with Parmesan.

Make Ahead
Prepare as directed but do not sprinkle with Parmesan; spoon into microwaveable serving dish. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, uncover and microwave on HIGH 4 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring every 2 min. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

" I boiled it with a garlic bouillon and used a little caesar dressing and added some low fat milk along with the cream cheese. Apart from the texture being weird, it could've easily been mashed potatoes. "
