What You Need

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 6 cups)
1/4 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 tsp. dill weed
3 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese

Make It

COOK cauliflower in saucepan of boiling water 10 min. or until tender; drain. Place in food processor.

ADD cream cheese spread and dill; process until smooth.

SERVE topped with Parmesan.

Make Ahead
Prepare as directed but do not sprinkle with Parmesan; spoon into microwaveable serving dish. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, uncover and microwave on HIGH 4 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring every 2 min. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
